Kestrels Cottage is believed to date back to 1926 and is a lodge style detached cottage, brick-built under a tiled mansard roof. Kestrels Cottage is situated off a no through lane and has scope for extension subject to the necessary planning consents. There are two reception rooms with open fireplaces (fully operational) and a kitchen breakfast room to the rear. To the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a small single bedroom and a bathroom. To the front of the property there is a parking area leading to a single garage.
